Q: Where is Administration IndieGameDev.net?

I am deleting all duplicate posts asking to contact administration and will update this post to bump it.
I will also be deleting all proposals for advertising since it is off-topic and best discussed in a private message.

How do I create a new topic in the Game Development forum at indiegamedev.net ?

These are the steps to follow to create a new topic on the forum.
1. Click on the New Topic button at the top of the web page.
2. In the Subject box, type in what the topic is about.
3. In the big box below subject box, type in the content(question, observation, etc.) of the topic.
4. After finishing typing the content, click submit button.

To reply to an existing topic,
Steps:
1. Click on Post Reply button.
2. In the big box below subject box, type in the reply message to the topic.
3. After finishing typing the message, click submit button.

Deleting all business proposal and advertising threads.
Please contact administration for advertising proposals.

If you cannot reply or add a message to the topic, it is locked.
Do not do anything. Ignore it. It was locked for a good reason.

To change password.

1. Log in to the account.
2. Click on your username in the top right-hand corner of the web page.
3. Click on "User Control Panel". Alternatively, click on "Profile", then "Edit Profile".
4. Click on "Profile" tab, then "Edit account settings"
5. Type in new password in "New Password" field and "Confirm Password" field.
6. Type in current password in "Current Password" field.
Click "Submit" button.
