Hey there, folks! I've been working on a tiny physics puzzle game (two thirds response time, one third brain teaser) for a while now and wanted to hear everyone's thoughts.
Here's how it goes: you swing your paddle left and right in order to push the pieces towards the evacuation shafts, gaining some of that precious little time before the play area inevitably spills and it's game over. There are power-ups you can collect, and many other things you can tweak. And, of course, there's multiplayer, but only locally for now.
Hope you'll give it a try. You can download the latest beta here, for Linux (mostly Debian derived distros, but you should be able to get it running on most modern systems), Windows, and Mac OS X:
<removed the temporary download link, since the game is now available on itch.io>
Cheers!

Made that physics-based puzzle game with the falling geometry. Occasionally working on a story-driven platformer with golems
Re: Reaction [Physics Puzzler] – looking for feedback
Interesting game. It works well!
I don't have meaningful feedback to give to improve it.
It seems complete and I don't have much experience playing physics puzzle games.

Many thanks, the game is now available on itch.io: https://mechanicalink.itch.io/reaction
I've put together a trailer of sorts explaining the basics, so you can now see if it's the kind of thing you'd like to play: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkzPqz8Qu4o
Also, in case you want to check updates and future projects, we have a homepage now: https://mechanica.link as well as a twitter account https://twitter.com/mechinkling
Also, leaving this nice drawing here so the post won't be only text and links
