I like it. Looks a bit like baldurs gate and neverwinter nigths style. Looks good mate :)

Looks good to me. I like the idea for using keys.

However, some caution should be taken when supporting multiple different input types.

Hi!

This thread is from february, but I want to give my idea.

You could also take a key near the numberkeys, for example the "Tab" key, for switching the chars.
That means you would not always have to press 2 keys. You don't have to reach or look for "f" and "n" keys also.
Because you have 2 pictures of your chars anyway, you can simply color the active one with an "activated color".
So it's visible which char is selected.
With the mouse it's almost the same. You just need only one key f.ex. "Tab" for switching and the mousebutton.

I thought i write that.
