Re: Thief Fighters

I gave the 1 player a go (only one controller). Controls are a bit wonky:
  • Moving to the left is sometimes no-responsive
  • Jump seems to require a few presses to get the guy to start jumping
But it otherwise runs without any issues.

I'm mentally impaired. Keep the rat buttons, that is so much better than saying mouse.

Re: Parasight - A 2D RPG game by me

So, I couldn't get past the big vials because I don't know what the left or right rat buttons are. I don't have those. I pressed every key on my laptop keyboard but none worked. Please update when you have configurable controls. Because, I really, really want to continue playing this game. I cannot ...

Re: Thief Fighters

Don't worry about it. It was obvious what was going to happen anyway.

Re: Hey guys, I would love some feedback on my metroidvania game!

I just played a little bit. This is really good work, you can tell you've put a lot of effort and thought into this. Just the beginning section, getting me used to the controls, slowly developing the story etc. Excellent work. For now, I've got no feedback other than to say it's really good. I'll tr...

Re: Spacegame-early stage, long way gone, need feedback

I'm all for shooting for the stars, but it sounds like you might need a reality check. Firstly, you will not finish this game. Not right now anyway. I'm not saying you shouldn't try, I'd even suggest you give it a go. But come to terms with the fact you won't finish it, but will instead learn a lot ...

Re: Spacegame-early stage, long way gone, need feedback

Those screenshots look very well done, are they concept art or part of what you've already done?

Based on your description, it sounds like a pretty standard Freespace kind of game. Nothing wrong with that, I've personally put in many hours into X3.
